This location has the worst customer service. You pick it, you buy it, you load it, and nobody ever offer to help. This place needs new managers & new employees with better attitude and better customer service.

Please save your self the headache & go to Lowe’s down the road. Just left this place for the 2nd time since I moved to the area. Nightmare both times. Came in to spend around 4k on a project I am working on. Spent 47 minutes in the store attempting to get help from workers. One of the workers seemed totally out of it & could not finish a complete sentence. The second worker kept rambling about google & appeared to be lost. I walked out & took my 4k down the road. Called the store manager to let him know about my experience and he couldn’t have cared less. Just save yourself the trouble

I visited Hone Depot Southaven yesterday 7/7/2026 With my brother to purchase a washer and dryer set. We went to the appliance dept. twp female black associates were engaged in conversation. We walked around in plain site of both of them twice. Nether one acknowledged us…. Finally I a stopped and just stood. The one with the braids turned and asked in a condescending voice as if I was interrupting her and said…. Can I help you? I replied Yes you can. The sales clerks yourlooked at each other . Like neither one wanted to wait on us. The one with braids threw her hands up and walked off. The other one shook her head. I replied okay..That’s ok ! Ya’ll don’t have to wait on us. I asked for their names … neither gave them to me. The sales clerk that waited on us was not pleasant, couldn’t answer some of the questions we asked. She was absolutely terrible!!! We decided to go to Lowe’s,! I am so sick and tired of store clerks like yours It is a shame that associates in stores don’t see the importance of great customer service!!! We went to Lowe’s Southaven… Exoerience the same treatment! Thank God for Best Buy! They delivered Stellar Customer Service! I purchased t a washer /dryer CAS

Got carpet installation from home depot who used cfi to do the installation. He complained about the details that were already agreed upon by home depot like if he needs to remove the old tack strips, install new ones, and carpet the stairs into the room. All of these were specified in our contract and had to be dealt with over the phone for the next visit. We were told they would send somebody else to finish the job. They sent the same guy who was no more pleasant the second time. He did the installation and told us the stair needed to be glued down. He had us get all of the books we could find to hold the side of the stair in place. He told us the books needed to stay in place for 24 hours to let the glue stick. We checked the work after he left and moved the books. He had covered up many glaring mistakes (holes, overlapping seams, frays) from behind the books. We had moved them back and let sit for days. After checking again there was still holes you could put your finger under the carpet from, and every few inches where the books were not stacked, the glue did not stick. We called home depot and got an escalation email. We asked them to not have us deal with the installation co

Excellent service. Very short wait time, customer service return personnel was very good What I didn't like was the employees standing around while customers wait. Employees should be trained to help the entire department store regardless of what department they work in, at least ask the customer. What are they waiting for or have they been helped? Would be courteous. Even if they cannot help them they can get some help for them. And the only other thing was not having at least two registers open with a personnel person there. Ringing up yourself. It's not for everyone. Basically today I needed to get a price check and did not know how to get one on those self-service registers. But not only that, I don't like the self service registers.. And even if you don't have two people on a register, at least two registers open with a person at it. There should be a second person available to call in case that one line get backed up. Otherwise I love Home Depot. They are my place to go. There's always things that we are going to wish that was better. I would not rate them at this time simply because I do like them but there was a couple of discrepancies and I would not be able to give them a
